Our journey began in 1982 when Craig took the reins of a band after his close friend West, the original bassist and vocalist of the Country Store Band, decided to step away from the music scene. West generously passed on the band’s equipment and name to Craig, who had been drumming with him for about a year. During that time, a strong friendship developed between them.

Over the years, our band underwent a transformation, evolving from The Country Store Band into The 5 Star Band, a name we proudly carried for nearly 20 years. We invite you to get to know our talented members, each with unique backgrounds and a shared passion for the music we play. Together, we’re excited to grow and succeed as a band. We're thrilled to have you join us on this journey!

Craig has always had a deep love ❤️ for music, passionately playing his drums and connecting with the audience through every beat. His rhythmic style, with tempos that invite everyone to dance, allows his bandmates to easily follow along.
